Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Production Engineer to improve manufacturing processes and ensure the efficient production of high-quality components. The role focuses on process optimization, safety and supporting engineering teams
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.Develop safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to reduce costs and cycle times.Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address defects and maintain high standards.Prepare production reports and analyze performance data.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.3+ years of experience in production engineering, preferably in manufacturing or rail industries.Proficiency in lean manufacturing and process improvement tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Additional InformationTechnical Skills:
