The Boeing CompanyBoeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) organization is seeking a Production Engineering Manager Level K to join the team based in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position will lead our Production Engineering team composed of Manufacturing Engineers, Planners, and Industrial Engineers. The candidate will support multiple programs by guiding teams to successfully create and execute build plans, maintain and support aircraft modification stability, use technical expertise and leverage data to define lean improvements, and support team growth and development while fostering a positive cultural environment by exhibiting the Boeing values and behaviors. This position will require the candidate to work across multiple teams and organizations in various locations both internal and external to Boeing. The supported platforms will include at least one of the following: Executive Transport and Surveillance (International Government Heads of State, AWACS, VC25A, E4B, Proprietary Programs), Bombers, and International E7.

This leadership role requires a positive working relationship across multiple functions and locations.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.
This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.
