Primary Responsibilities:
Completes all scheduled Preventive Maintenance on time.Performs all tasks safely within regulated environment.Good penmanship is a requirement of this position.Must be familiar with operating calipers, stopwatches, multimeters, step gauges, etc.Interfaces with support groups on an ongoing basis to ensure product quality, timely completion of assignments, and ongoing cost reductions. Analyzes system problems and propose corrective actions. Performs any other job related task as assigned by management.Education, Skills, & Experience:
High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or maintenanceAssociate’s degree with 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or maintenance also acceptedExperience in technical writing such as manufacturing procedures, Engineering Change Requests, Verifications and Validations, any other related documents.Knowledge of Kaizen, 5S, auto quality, autonomous team concepts.Knowledge of mechanical and electronic functions and advanced laws of electricity.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.Ability to read and understand blueprints, wiring diagrams and PCB schematics.Ability to conduct advanced test procedures.Ability to lift and move 50 lbs.Ability to safely and accurately use equipment and tools.Demonstrate good people skills.#biojobs
