Find your future with us. **Boeing** **Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is looking for a **Production Equipment Maintenance Manager (Level K)** to support the **Production Equipment Maintenance Team** based out of **North Charleston, South Carolina with a Domestic Temporary Assignment (DTA) in San Antonio, Texas.** This position is a temporary assignment located in **San Antonio, Texas** . Candidates will be provided a DTA (Domestic Temporary Assignment) benefits package as applicable. We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Production Equipment Maintenance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, repair, and overhaul, as well as implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. You will also play a key role in developing and executing project plans, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and providing technical oversight. **Position Responsibilities** **:** + Manages employee activities within Production Equipment Maintenance (PEM) including equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul, preventive and predictive maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, maintenance projects, parts ordering + Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals + Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements + Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports + Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes + Participates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliers + Manages, develops and motivates employees **This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.** **This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.** **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):** + Ability to work any shift based on the needs of the operation + 3+ years of experience leading or managing a team + 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance + 3+ years of experience using strong communication skills and having a customer focus **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):** + Bachelor’s Degree or higher + Background in 787 Production Equipment Maintenance + Experience developing and maintaining relationships/partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and cross-functional teams **Relocation:** This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
