The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Production Equipment Maintenance Manager (Level K) to support the Production Equipment Maintenance Team based out of San Antonio, TX.Position Responsibilities:
Manages employee activities within Production Equipment Maintenance (PEM) including equipment maintenance, repair and overhaul, preventive and predictive maintenance, maintenance planning and scheduling, maintenance projects, contracts, and parts orderingDevelops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goalsAcquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesParticipates in equipment make/buy decisions; participates in source selection and provides technical oversight of suppliersManages, develops and motivates employeesThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
