Responsibility

Directs and assigns work for production shifts, supervises production crew.   Short term planning and scheduling of production campaigns.Maintain a thorough knowledge base of all existing and new plant processes, products, procedures and equipment in order to ensure product quality and compliance to environmental and safety regulations, and in order to coordinate effective training and trouble-shooting skills.Develops work procedures (and maintains up to date) for every operations activity in the plant.Administers and conducts job skills training for employees to maintain and enhance skill levels in order to achieve maximum productivity, quality, safety, health and environment while maintaining the Company operating principles, purpose and mission.Minimizes off-specification production and coordinates disposition of Rework (REW) materials.May perform other duties as assigned.Responsible for process improvement: increase production efficiency, insure safety, raise reliability   Generates and implements productivity project, budget making for variable cost factor and yearly productivity saving;Responsible for new process development related to any new project implement;Support production to resolve bottleneck;Support safety and quality management system, conduct plant process safety review;
