Job Description
Lead and manage resources, tools, training, and direction for production employees to ensure safety, effectiveness, and efficiency. Balance resource constraints to ensure products meet quality standards, are on time, and within budget.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure safety, quality, and on-time delivery of products by leading personnel to fulfill production schedules at the lowest possible cost.Champion safety by supporting plant safety training, driving safety processes, and leading safety communication.Hold teams accountable to processes, systems, and results.Actively coach and implement lean processes and tools.Work with Supervisors and Team Leaders to prevent and/or resolve issues early.Ensure standardized work and process discipline are followed.Suggest changes to equipment, tools, and methods.Gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity, ethics, and authenticity.Build strong effective teams that apply their diverse skills and perspectives to achieve common goals.Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization succeed.Foster a cross-functional team approach at all levels.Essential SkillsProduction managementSupervisionFabricationMachine operationProduction line managementAdditional Skills & QualificationsGeneral production experienceGeneral labor experienceWhy Work Here?
