Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: + Possess a High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed prior to start) + Six (6) months of leadership experience + Interested and available to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled working 8 consecutive hours per day on a fixed night shift Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: + Mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot, adjust, repair and maintain equipment. + Knowledge of basic Windows-based operating systems. + Experience performing stringent quality control inspections. + Ability to complete work without supervision and work well within a team environment. **Qualified applicants may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as a part of the selection process.
