Your Opportunity: Taymark Inc., a Taylor Company, is seeking a Production Hand Packager/Finisher for our White Bear Lake location.

Your Shift:

1st Shift; Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

Operate commercial/industrial Sewing and Serge, along with other necessary machinesSetting up the machine and tooling required for each jobCutting and finishing with with various production equipment as necessaryIroning, folding, creasing to remove wrinkles and create clean straight foldsAssembles, binds, and/or packages materials and products manuallyPerforms basic quality control checks including measuring, weighing, strength testing, package counts, and evaluating product or package appearancePicking needed materials or any add-ons and other required items to pair with finished produced itemFolds & tapes boxes, applies labels, and stacks boxes on pallets according to directionDelivering completed orders to the next part of production or order fulfillment within the warehouse

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to operate sewing, serge, hot press, ironing machinesGood hand eye coordination and manual dexterityKnowledge of various finishing operations and equipment related to the industryAbility to work quickly to meet necessary deadlinesWillingness and flexibility to perform a variety of different tasksKnowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within industrial sewing productionAble to stand, sit, or bend for entire shiftAble to read, understand, and follow production processes and instructions

We Would Also Prefer:

High School Diploma or the equivalent
