**Job Title: Production Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Laborer to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for grinding, deburring, and using hand grinders to smooth out rough edges on sheet metal doors. The role involves general labor tasks, including the use of hand tools and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Grind and deburr sheet metal doors + Use hand grinders to smooth out rough edges on sheet metal + Operate hand tools and power tools + Perform general labor tasks + Assist in construction labor as needed **Essential Skills** + Experience in general labor and general production + Machine operation skills + Ability to deburr and grind metal + Knowledge of painting, paint preparation, spray gun usage, and sanding + Experience working in a paint booth and production environment **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Manufacturing or construction **Why Work Here?** All employees are treated equally, whether employed directly or through an agency.
