Cleveland-Cliffs, Mansfield Works operations is seeking 5 Hourly Production Employees to join our team. Hourly Production’s responsibilities will vary to support and maintain plant operations. 

Summary of Responsibilities:

Operate equipment and perform tasks that support the operations of various producing unitsWork with equipment including overhead cranes, tractors, trucks, heavy equipment, loaders, and boom trucks to handle, transport, and process product and materials throughout the plant.Inspect and perform basic maintenance on all associated equipmentOther duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED equivalentMust be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United StatesMust be able to perform physical labor such as; standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting (50lbs)Work rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years’ manufacturing and/or distribution experience
