**Hiring Production Laminators** **1st and 2nd Shift** **Vista, CA** **$18 - $19/HR** **Job Description** Responsible for performing all tasks involved in the fabrication of the company's composite parts. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. **Responsibilities** + Prep and maintain tools in accordance with specified guidelines and procedures. + Accurately follow work instructions. + Perform composite layup. + Trim excess materials from molds, using hand shears or trimming knives. + Perform part build-up free from wrinkles, air pockets, and voids. + Check completed products for conformance to specifications and for defects by checking them visually. + Understand and complete internal and customer required layup documents. + Record information on appropriate production records, logs, and other report forms. + Clean and reseal tools using the appropriate release systems. + Repair defective products rejected by inspection or test personnel. + Participate in internal training as needed to perform the duties assigned to this role. + Other duties as assigned **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months+ Manufacturing experience required + Ability to lift 50 lbs + Hand and power tool experience **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
