Job Description:

We are looking for a Production Lead to join our team in Lowell, MA! The Production Lead will work closely with our Production and Engineering teams to review and maintain complete and accurate data.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

Review all job travelers and associated documents when releasing work orders to production.Review completed job travelers and data packs for completeness.Assist in tracking critical jobs through the MFG process.Assist in tracking engineering builds jobs through the MFG process.Provide support to Production Supervisor as needed.Collaborate with other groups when needed to achieve results.Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment with all employees.Assure compliance with all company procedures to ensure quality and safety.Ability to multitask under pressure.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Associates degree or equivalent experience (3 – 5 years related job functions)Ability to write routine reports and correspondence using MS Word and Excel.Ability to communicate effectively across business units.Prior experience with MRP systems a plus
