Position Summary
This position is responsible to ensure that an uninterrupted flow Irrigation kits and other finish goods is available to meet Customer demand/forecast as agreed upon with Global Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. Understanding of best practices in scheduling, MRP systems, and data/metric analysis is essential for this role to be successful. Responsible for assisting in a variety of production tasks.
The position plays also a critical role in the planning, execution, and closing of projects with Lean/6sigma mentality and tools.
Duties1.Coordination of clean room and packaging department with hands-on approach
2.Generate production planning in agreement with order acknowledges to meet customer expectations.
3.Work in conjunction with Warehouse Organization
4.Maintain daily/weekly production schedules in line with customer and the companies’ requirements.
5.Responsible for timely communication of product availability with internal customers.
6.Participate in providing policies and procedures to support production planning functions.
7.Creates all work orders for manufacturing.
8.Provides support to production as required.
9.Assists in expediting and prioritizing work orders.
10.Provide back-up support to solve internal production issues.
11.Track progress of work orders and changes urgency status as required

13.Continuous improvement: Evaluates existing processes, plans, implements initiatives to improve process by applying Lean methods, supporting inter-functional improvement teams.
14.Participate and lead projects or any ad hoc requirement
15.Build KPIs relevant production using all the available datas (i.e. clean room operators daily reports, daily outputs report, time reports)
16.Manage and support labelling activities
17.Cooperate with Maintenance/Facility/HSE Manager to keep at the state of the art all the machines, equipments and tools of the site
18.Cooperate with Site Leader and Maintenance/Facility/HSE Manager to keep at the state of the art the site
19.Cooperate with Maintenance/Facility/HSE Manager to implement and keep top health and safety standards in Production
Education Degree Bachelor's Degree in Engineering GeneralRequired Experience and Competencies Previous experience in leading/coordinating a small/medium sized group of resources. The position worked previously in a modern production department organized according to continuous improvement/Lean methodologies. Experience in an ERP/MRP environment preferred. Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) skills preferred. Lean Manufacturing concepts and the ability to demonstrate everyday incremental improvements within job scope. Demonstrated ability to follow up with tasks and issues along with problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to drive and sustain improvements to Supply Chain processes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as leader or member.
