Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Corona, CA, is seeking an experienced Production Lead to oversee operations within their facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food processing and a proven ability to effectively lead teams while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily manufacturing operations within assigned departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.Manage production assembly lines, ensuring production targets and deadlines are met.Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and resolve operational challenges.Prepare and review production reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.Make decisions on setting up production lines to meet specific orders and production goals.Supervise and guide production line employees, ensuring quality standards are met.Train new employees on production line processes, safety protocols, and company procedures.Maintain equipment and ensure production lines are properly functioning to avoid downtime.Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven ability to lead a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high operational standards.Experience in food processing and packaging, preferably within a manufacturing plant, is highly desirable.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.Ability to motivate a team and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Monday - Friday6:00 AM - 2:30 PM$17.00
