The Production Lead provides direction and support to the prodution shift team, and drives compliance with standard operating procedures and policies.Roles and Responsibilities:\n\n \nChampions a safety culture, ensures a safe work environment, and promotes safe behavior\n\n· Monitors environment and becomes aware of conditions that may affect employee safety and security; takes corrective action\n\n· Communicates to ensure employees learn and comply with specifications, blueprints, job orders, and company policies\n\n· Prepares training plans and conducts or assigns safety, machine operation, and quality assurance training to new employees\n\n· Prepares documentation and provides performance feedback to introductory employees\n\n· Provides feedback to plant leaders concerning employee performance and behavior\n\n· Ensures employees have required tools, supplies and area to exercise their duties\n\n· Operates blow mold machines and other related equipment\n\n· Analyzes charts, work orders, production schedules, and other data to drive production requirements\n\n· Performs and/or assigns personnel to conduct audits, weights and quality checks\n\n· Troubleshoots and resolves process problems and makes minor repairs to blow-mold and support equipment\n\n· Prepares and documents daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies and other

Starting Pay Rate:

$31.00

Minimum Requirements:\n\n1-3 years experience\nHigh School diploma\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nManufacturing Experience\nAssociates degree or equivalent
