Job Purpose Oversee assigned production line(s) in the manufacturing and packaging of product. Lead line workers to maximize productivity and quality, acting as a liaison between the production supervisors and production staff. Essential Functions + Direct and assign work to employees within their specific area/line as needed to reach daily production targets + Ensure all required documentation is present and completed + Monitor equipment and notify Production Shift Supervisor and Maintenance of any equipment issues or problems impacting production + Train and coach new and existing employees + Maintain safe working conditions + Assist with supervisory duties as needed + Support food safety program, quality standards, and legality of products manufactured in the facility + Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications (Education/Experience) + High School diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment and/or food industry + Production and packaging equipment and process experience + Demonstrated leadership skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment + Self-directed and capable of working without close supervision RISE123 Mon123 The hourly range for this role is $24.00-$27.01 per hour.
