About the Role

As a Production Leader, you will manage a dedicated team of approximately 25 members, including assemblers, team leaders, and production engineers. Your mission is to ensure that the team achieves its goals in delivery, quality, and safety, while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management:

Set and communicate departmental goals.

Lead and distribute work within the production section.

Ensure team welfare, engagement, and a positive work environment.

Conduct employee appraisals, set goals, and assess performance.

Coach and provide feedback to team members.

Operational Excellence:

Drive continuous improvements in line with the Danderyd Operations Lean Program.

Measure and follow up on set goals.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and take preventive measures against workplace accidents/incidents.

Communicate changes effectively and ensure team alignment.

Budget & Resource Management:

Participate in budget work and propose departmental budgets.

Manage resource planning and competence development within the department.

Conduct recruitments and ensure necessary competence is available.

Process Improvement:

Develop and refine processes and working methods within the department and Production.

Lead teams during stoppages and deviations affecting delivery or other goal fulfillment.

Ensure adherence to processes, work instructions, and assembly instructions established.

Your Experience & Skills

Proven leadership skills with at least 3-5 years of experience in production, preferably in a leadership position.

Engineering education or equivalent technical experience.

Strong interest in people, technology, and group dynamics.

Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Proficient in computer skills (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office).
