**Job Title: Production Level 3** **Job Description** We are looking for a skilled Production Level 3 professional to join our team. The role involves working on production lines, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of the lines. You will be responsible for changeovers, pre-operation setups, and CIP (Clean in Place). Additionally, you will handle PLC programming and support the mechanical and electrical aspects of the production lines. **Responsibilities** + Work on production lines with new equipment installed in 2024 + Troubleshoot and ensure production lines are running smoothly + Perform changeovers of packaging lines + Set up and pre-operate production lines + Conduct CIP (Clean in Place) procedures + Set up and changeover production lines, monitoring mechanical and electrical aspects + Perform PLC programming + Relieve millwrights of some responsibilities + Operate and maintain various equipment including tanks, pumps, packaging/bottling lines, cryovak, mixing kettles, dip line, and HMI + Assist in production and packaging lines when technical support is not needed + Support production operations as needed + Lift finished products (approx. 2kg) and equipment (up to 25kg) during changeovers + Operate SDCB and/or Reach Truck **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, machine operation, troubleshooting, and PLC programming + Mechanical aptitude demonstrated through work experience + Basic PLC experience + At least 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment + Fluency in English + Ability to lift up to 25kgs repetitively + Flexibility to assist in all areas of the production floor **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in food, beverage, or pharmaceutical manufacturing + Overseas degree in mechanical or electrical engineering + Forklift experience (SDCB, Reach) + Forklift certification + Strong flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with a positive and multicultural team environment.
