We are looking for a Production Line Manager for our Sugères workshop, which specializes in the requalification of diesel engines for the military and nuclear sectors. Reporting to the workshop manager, they will take responsibility for the requalification line of military engines.
What you will do:
Guarantee and drive the sector's performance in terms of Safety, Quality, Deadlines, and Costs Hierarchically manage the employees of the military sector (9 people): ensure compliance with the rules established in the company, administrative management (leave planning, training...), development of individual and collective skills, set and monitor individual objectives, conduct individual interviews, etc. Animate the production line daily: lead various routines with the team and support services (5' Point / OE1 / Weekly production meeting), plan activities, manage priorities, monitor completed tasks Report on the progress of activities and identify bottlenecks and upcoming risks Work in collaboration with support services (scheduling, purchasing, quality, logistics, methods, maintenance) to prevent or resolve bottlenecks Ensure the load/capacity adequacy of the sector in the short and medium term Lead an improvement plan for the sector with the support of the methods department Participate in recruitment with the HR function
Who you are:
Higher education (Bac+2 to Bac+5) Mandatory experience in industrial management Knowledge of IT tools (ERP, Production management...) Team spirit Sense of responsibility Commitment
Nous recherchons pour notre atelier de Sugères spécialisé dans la requalification de moteurs diesel pour les domaines du militaire et du nucléaire un Responsable de Ligne de production.
Rattaché au responsable d’atelier, il prendra la responsabilité de ligne de requalification des moteurs militaires.
Ce que vous ferez :
Garanti et pilote la performance du secteur en termes de Sécurité, Qualité, Délais et Coûts Manage hiérarchiquement les collaborateurs du secteur militaire (9 personnes) : assure le respect des règles mises en place dans l’entreprise, gestion administrative (planification des congés, formation…), développement des compétences individuelles et collectives, fixe et suivi les objectifs individuels, réalise les entretiens individuels, … Anime au quotidien la ligne de production : animation des différentes routines avec son équipe et les services supports (Point 5’ / OE1 / Réunion de production hebdo), planification des activités, gestion des priorités, suivi des missions effectuées Reporte l’avancement de son activité et identifie les points de blocage et les risques à venir Travaille en collaboration avec les services supports (ordonnancement, achat, qualité, logistique, méthodes, maintenance) pour prévenir ou lever les points de blocage Assure l’adéquation charge / capacité de son secteur à court et moyen terme Pilote un plan d'amélioration de son secteur avec le support du service méthodes Participe avec la fonction RH aux recrutements
