Job purpose

根据生产部门下达的生产指令，按照作业流程和要求完成生产线上料，下料，装箱，包装等生产工序，并确保工作过程符合质量标准体系的要求，最终满足客户的需求为公司创造价值。

Principal Accountabilities 主要职责

遵守安全生产规章制度，安全操作使用的设备。积极参与公司安全检查、安全培训以及安全会议等。执行公司质量体系要求的各项内容。根据生产计划中产品的技术数据，向仓库进行领料，核对、签收。能够读取产品规范，并根据相应参数设置现场设备（喷码、贴标等）熟知生产异常品判断规范和处置措施并严格执行。能够完成SPM&TrakSYS的投屏。完成生产过程和开线前/后的各类表单填写，并完整有效。在生产过程中，根据程序要求对产品进行在线检查，并提取样品供质量部门检验。同时要对每一个样品作好跟踪记录。对每一个流水线下来的产品都要按照检验规范进行认真和细致的质量检验，并做好相关记录。监视生产设备仪表上的数据，发现异常情况能初步判断并处理后向PL Coordinator汇报。按照产品规范对生产流水线下来的产品进行装箱/托，计数和贴标签，栈板打包等工作。根据生产的需求，利用车辆设备等在生产区域内移动原料，半成品和成品。根据作业指导书完成离线品处置/记录和返工作业。能够完成岗位上的有效交接工作。熟练手动操作生产线设备进行过程调整。监视生产设备仪表上的数据，发现异常情况能初步判断并处理后向PL Coordinator汇报。清理和保持工作区域的场地清洁，物品堆放整洁。在工作区域内，按照要求完成机器设备的自主保养。如需要，在职责内配合维能严格执行应急响应程序。熟知升级汇报流程并根据实际情况及时汇报。能独立进行现场特殊作业的监护。完成生产PL Coordinator分配的任务。在合理的指导下，承担员工技能和能力范围内的其他职责。

Qualifications

高中及以上学历，主修制造或化工专业优先考虑。制造型企业相关经验1年以上。阅读和理解产品技术标准。阅读和理解简单的英语单词和符号。通过培训，能操作生产过程中的电脑和其它设备。能与别人合作工作和沟通能力。
