1. Supervise and optimize the core fabrication, anode casting, and floor processes.
2. Support and develop the training of employees in the production department through the shift
production supervisors.
3. Coordinate material purchasing and planning with the inventory control department.
4. Supervise and optimize the proper setup and startup of orders and projects.
5. Review contracts, manufacturing procedures and plans, and job orders to send proper
instructions to the production department.
6. Coordinate with the requirements of the Quality Control Department to meet customer and
company quality expectations.
7. Plan, implement, supervise and assure that preventive maintenance for the company
equipment is done correctly and on time.
8. Repair equipment that is not operating under normal conditions or reported by the production
team.
9. Schedule reparations thru system of work orders.
10. Purchase parts following company purchasing procedures.
11. Coordinate purchase with the company runner or assistant technicians.
12. Propose and implement (built) modifications and new projects for improvement in our
operations using our system of job orders.
13. Support production in any problem in any equipment that may stop or could stop any
operation.
14. Supervise the parts and spare parts inventory and storage suitable.
Work Experience
1. Technical knowledge of functioning of electric, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic, and
combustion equipment.
2. Read, write and Arithmetic.
3. Ability to supervise, train and develop assistants.
4. Basic computer skills (knows how to work with spreadsheets)
5. Bilingual.
