We are currently seeking a Production Maintenance Supervisor to join the plant's maintenance staff, reporting to the Maintenance Manager. This candidate will be responsible for daily corrective and preventive maintenance activities related to the efficient operations of the Maintenance Department. They will be responsible for assisting in the creation and maintenance of a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility. Additionally, they will provide assistance, as needed, in the management and performance of routine maintenance on physical properties and equipment. The candidate will provide ongoing support and coaching on projects, prioritizing them accordingly. They will also offer advice on the best protocols for resolution and long-term fixes.
The ideal candidate for this position should have the availability to work a flexible schedule, which entails working on Fridays and occasionally on weekends.
