Now is a great time to join our Team in Loves Park! We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician who will provide total maintenance of production equipment. This will include (but not limited to) equipment for the existing Loves Park Production facility. On an as needed basis, they will conduct assistance in building maintenance. The individual will participate in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvements.
Job ResponsibilitiesPerform Preventative Maintenance on Production equipment using Maximo maintenance system Coordinate external contractors in regard to repair or maintenance Occasional weekend work Recommend, purchase and install equipment and /or spare parts Respond to any production emergency calls Participate in cross functional teams Participate in Continuous Improvements and Lean Manufacturing Activities Fabrication Periodic travel Background & Skills
Minimum: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Vocational or Technical degree in manufacturing or electrical related field Minimum: 5 years of production maintenance or related field Experience conducting electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Strong knowledge of hand tools and fabrication Experience in ISO and/or IATF Quality systems Employee Benefits
