Clean Tech is looking for experienced Production Maintenance Technicians at our recycling facility in Dundee, MI. This is a Direct Hire position that offers opportunities for advancement.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the plant by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment. This role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work safely in a team oriented environment.

Pay: $24-$28/hr (Depending on experience)

Shift: 3-2-2-3 schedule; 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off

Days: 7am -7:30pmNights: 7pm – 7:30am

Perform maintenance for machinery & mechanical equipment used in the plastic recycling process to assure uninterrupted & optimal operationsExecute & continuously improve preventative maintenance proceduresParticipate in changeovers, ensuring efficient & correct executionAssure compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, operational practices & proceduresReceive thorough & ongoing training, with a clear pathway to promotion

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of mechanical maintenance experience. PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) experience is a bonusStrong mechanical skills and electrical knowledge
