As a Technology Support Lead in Corporate & Investment Bank within Markets Technology, you will play a leadership role in ensuring the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production services. Critical thinking while overseeing day-to-day maintenance of the firm’s systems will be key and set you up for success as you navigate tasks related to identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless user experience.

This role will manage a complex global function providing Level 1/Level 2 Production Management coverage for the global Securitized Products businesses (part of Markets Fixed Income Trading), and other businesses.  This world-leading business provides an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to effective change as the technology as well as business modernizes and electronifies.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology servicesExperience managing a complex 24x7 Level 1/Level 2 Trading Production Management function Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to interact with senior leadership and executive managementDynamic leader, with an ability to define and execute cultural and procedural change within a functionExperience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloudProficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniquesExperience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Experience in one or more Fixed Income Capital Markets businessExperience managing global teamsWorking knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages and/or automation scriptingPractical experience with public cloud
