BAE Systems is looking for a qualified professional to join our team for an exciting opportunity supporting sustainment efforts for the Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile weapon system. The Minuteman III is the United States military's prompt, global strike deterrent system. This activity is identified as the Integration Support Contract (ISC).
**Title:** Production Management Specialist
**Duties:**
Provides sound technical advice/guidance to organizational personnel (program manager, engineers, management officials, etc.) for contract services, buys and modification actions; and maintains surveillance over contract modification
Oversees and develops organic taskings associated with assigned systems/programs to comply with all Federal Acquisition Register (FAR), Defense FAR (DFAR), and Department of Defense (DoD, Air Force (AF), and AFMC policy, procedures, and guidelines in the appropriate automated system.
Participates in and often chairs discussions, meetings, or serves on multi-function teams, Integrated Product Teams (IPT), panels or committees.
Track and coordinate 206 documentation with IPT
Perform Comprehensive Cost and Requirement systems (CCAR) management for IPT team. Draft and maintain CCARs though the approval process, provide status to PM.
**Other:** Please note, pursuant to Government contract, this position requires US Citizenship status.
**Clearance requirements:** Must be able to obtain/maintain secret clearance
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Knowledge of government policy, procedures and regulations related to buyer/seller production management duties.
+ Knowledge of automated data processing concepts, systems capabilities and usage to effectively complete assignments.
+ Ability to plan, organize, implement and coordinate support requirements for systems, subsystems, support equipment and or items required to meet program objectives.
+ Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
+ Ability to analyze problems and develop timely and economical solutions.
+ Ability to review and analyze system requirement data.
+ Ability to plan and organize work.

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $45241 - $76910
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
