ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/COMPETENCIES/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING: + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/production.  + Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to self-manage. + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role + High School diploma or general education degree (GED). + Experience with Lean Manufacturing techniques + High Competency with Process Improvement + High Competency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Applications + Experience in Inventory/Materials Managemen RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION + Responsible for the strategic elaboration of national production plan  + Responsible for services centers nationwide + Resposible for balance production lines  + Supervises and controls the cost of opportunity aimed at increasing staff productivity + Resposnible of proposes new methodolgies to increase staff productivity + Responsible for training at production area + Responsible for the correct operation of the equipment + Compliance with the indicators established by the company + Supervision of personnel within the production floor Powered by JazzHR
