Primary Purpose & Function
America’s number one growing Acrylic Bath System Company, EZ Baths is seeking a Production Manager/Installation Manager in our Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding areas. We offer a very competitive compensation package.

Job ResponsibilitiesExperience in acrylic bath systems is a requirement.Quality Assurance experience required.Participate in Hiring & TrainingManage the installation team and ensure they meet their accountabilitiesMaintain 100% customer satisfaction and 100% positive feedback from customers on installersContact customers 1 week after install for satisfaction reviewContact customers on a weekly basis to keep them informed of the production timeline.Planning/Schedule all installationsReview contracts with Sale team prior to ordering and order all productsComplete permits if requiredManage relationships with vendorsManage incoming products and warehousePlace all material ordersAssist Installers issues during installationCoordinate all warranty and service callsPersonally attend a weekly staff meeting in Baton Rouge
Desired Skills/Experience:2 years' experience in acrylic bath systems is a requirement OR 5 years trim/cabinet building experience.3 years of construction and installation experience as a project lead or foreman required.Knowledge of construction and code requirementsResourceful problem-solving abilitiesExcellent organizational, time management, multi-tasking, and skills while managing information for multiple jobs.Versatility and a willingness to work within changing priorities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Ability to bend over, lift and carry 50 lbsValid driver's license and clean driving recordCompensation dependent upon experience.
