The Production Manager will be accountable to manage and ensure efficient operation of the following areas to meet and exceed KOI Objectives: Blending Department, Production Department, Circular Economy Activities and Production Scheduling management. The incumbent’s top priority of accountability is for the health and safety of their direct and indirect reports. Functionally, the incumbent will determine and implement the most cost-effective means of producing product while meeting customer expectations through quality and on time delivery without compromise of safety policy and procedures. The incumbent champions a safe working environment and actively engages with employees in a respectful and supportive manner to drive employee commitment and productivity.
