seeking a Production Manager to spearhead our cutting-edge facilities. In this pivotal role

of ion exchange resins and other water treatment media – the lifeblood of our industry-

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate production team to meet safety, quality, and production goalsOptimize operations through continuous improvement projectsEnsure regulatory compliance and permit adherenceCollaborate with Gulf Plants Manager and Operations Manager on operational issuesOversee preventive maintenance and emergency workImplement and enforce safety and risk management programsManage staffing, training, and personnel issuesDevelop a culture of Built-in Quality and strong customer relationshipsConduct monthly safety meetings and participate in auditsReview Key Business Indicators and manage SAP transactionsLead Kaizen events and identify cost reduction opportunities

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business (highly desirable)Minimum 2 years experience leading 10+ staff in manufacturing/services environmentKnowledge of manufacturing management disciplinesProficiency in MS Office SuiteAwareness of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or KaizenUnderstanding of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations

Desired Skills:

ISO 9001 QMS knowledgeExperience with water treatment processesBilingual English/Spanish
