Summary: Seeking a Production Manager-Head of Unshaped to lead and manage the operational functions within the department, ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives are met.

Job Requirements:

5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

High School diploma required; 2 or 4-year technical degree preferred.

Previous manufacturing experience with progressive experience in managing people and processes.

Thorough knowledge of manufacturing methods, techniques, and related equipment.

Familiarity and working knowledge of Lean/6S practices.

Knowledge of production scheduling and shop operations.

Strong skills in Microsoft applications and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills:

OSHA Training preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Promote a culture of safety within the department.

Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to established standards.

Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill sales orders and meet inventory requirements.

Identify, recommend, and implement operational improvements to reduce costs and improve OEE.

Develop annual operating budget based on production plans.

Collaborate with other departments for cross-functional processes like production, inventory management, quality assurance, and customer service.

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
