Join our team at Genie and embark on an exciting opportunity as we seek a skilled and dedicated Production Manager to contribute to the Genie team in Moses Lake.

As a Production Manager at Genie, based in Moses Lake, you'll lead your team in planning and executing production goals while developing, and implementing continuous improvement. In this role, you will be a leader that is dedicated to creating a safe and inclusive culture where team members will raise concerns, share ideas to improve and ultimately work together as a cohesive group. With your proven leadership experience, you will drive your value stream of 120-150 team members to daily success that will support the things that matter the most to them.  

 

What you’ll do 

Collaborate with business leaders to achieve manufacturing goals for your dedicated value stream, while also supporting overall business objectives. 

Lead and demonstrate a safety mindset to uphold the Terex Zero Harm culture. 

Utilize the Terex Ways to ensure your team is supported and successful. 

Monitor and address manufacturing challenges, providing effective solutions. 

Drive accountability to ensure your business is meeting set KPIs. 

Bring a fresh perspective on ways to improve process flow and reduce Muda in production.  

Share your competitive passion as you and the team strive to be the best in the industry. 

 

What you’ll bring  

A bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing setting (including assembly, welding, and material management) 

Experience using Lean Manufacturing methodology  

Strong interpersonal skills and a drive for leading teams to success 

A passion for leading and upholding a safety enriched culture 

Currently located, or willing to relocate to Moses Lake, WA  

Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills  

Excellent organizational skills

The salary range for this position is $90K – 123K annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
