Responsibilities:
- Planning, directing and managing production processes
- Ensuring the quality and timing of product production
- Guiding and organizing the production team and optimizing performance
- Establishing effective communication and strengthening intra-organizational relationships
- Continuous control of production to match the provided schedules
- Assembly of electronic equipment

Competencies:
- Master's degree in electrical engineering and electronics or industries - experience 10 years in the management of production and assembly of electronic equipment
- Complete mastery of planning and production control processes
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Strong skills in reading maps and recognizing electronic components
- Minimum age 40 years and above
