Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Manager for their digital print production facility.
Your Responsibilities:
Drive positive safety culture with goals of maintaining safety system compliance and zero safety incidentsIncrease machine throughput by reducing all downtime, including setup time, and maximizing run speeds. This includes network connectivity.Develop and maintain metrics related to safety, production, maintenance, quality, and shippingApply continuous improvement techniques to improve all areas of responsibilityEnsure established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed. Develop new SOPs and modify existing SOPs to support continuous improvementApply lean manufacturing principles including 5S; drive 5S application and achieve SustainCoach/mentor all direct and indirect reports to achieve development and succession planningIdentify labor resource needs and apply appropriately, via variable assignments and hours, to achieve resultsEnsure preventive maintenance activity is established and followedDrive employee accountabilityDrive positive employee experience
