DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责

- 制定SE塑料件生产部年度工作目标与工作计划。

- 制定SE塑料件生产部的各项年度预算。

- 批准下属的年度工作目标与工作计划。

- 制定厂房规划和塑料件生产部布局。

- 提出产能建设申请。

- 拟定塑料件生产部的部门职能，组织架构和各级机构的职能，制定和审核各岗位职责。

- 审核或批准SE塑料件生产部管理文件。

- 培训直接下属，制定下属的年度培训计划。

- 批准SE注塑排程。 日常监督下属的职责履行情况。

- 审核、批准SE塑料件生产部请购单。

- 制定和确认塑料件月度产能报告。

- 组织召开部门月度、年度会议。

- 确认SE塑料件生产部各岗位月度绩效奖金的申报。

- 制定并完善塑料件生产部绩效考核管理规定。

- 制定并完善塑料件生产部培训管理规定。

- 组织开展年度部门组织和岗位的评审会议，确保组织机构的设置和岗位职责的设定符合公司塑料件生产业务的发展需要。

- 贯彻实施公司关于EHS的要求。
