Executing regulation of work in the unit under supervision based on the policies and guidelines determined.Planning, coordination, and control of production processes.Making decisions and making the necessary arrangements for the full implementation of the prepared plans.Monitoring the request and consumption of raw materials in production units.Applying the necessary controls to ensure compliance with the established production standards in the production of products.Supervising actions and operations related to packing and collecting products and delivering them to the relevant warehouse.Coordinating and cooperating with the internal units of the company to advance the affairs and set goals.Making the necessary arrangements with the repair unit to minimize the downtime of the devices.Participating in managers’ meetings to make the necessary decisions to improve the quality and quantity of production.Preparing statistics and analytical reports needed in the field of production affairs.Handling personnel affairs of supervised employees.

Requirements:

Education: Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a production manager at a pharmaceutical company.Mastering the production of solid products, tablets, and capsules.Mastery of Berthollide liquid product and gelatin capsule.
