Job Description

Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, safety, quality, and cost objectives. Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply. Plans and manages procedures and budgets. Makes budgetary recommendations regarding and, at higher levels, controls capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. Develops schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.This position reports to Tecate Plant Manager..

Education and experience requirements:

Engineering in electrical, electronic, Industrial or mechanical degree.

10 years experience in similar position

Leadership and organizational skills .

People management experience on manufacturing areas (10 years).

Sap Knowledge and APICS (plus)

English 85%

Operational Excellence Management.

Metal-Mechanic knowledge (plus)
