Miller Brothers Staffing is looking for a Production Manager in Miami Florida for a Construction client. This is a Direct Placement opportunity. We're looking for someone who has 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction. 

Job Title: Production Manager
Salary: 110,000 - 125,000 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Manage production crew on projects including asphalt paving and sealcoating Oversee and supervise multiple projects simultaneously Operate machinery as required Prepare and set up crews for daily work, including equipment preparation, fueling, loading trailers, tie-downs, and inspections Assist with scheduling, ordering materials, and purchasing small equipment Perform field take-offs and manage project budgets

Preferred Traits:
Strong leadership skills, effective communication, problem-solving abilities, field management experience, and cost-effective project management. Asphalt industry experience is required.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Production/Operations Manager in construction, preferably in the paving industry Project management experience Excellent communication and leadership abilities Familiarity with heavy equipment and machinery operation

Pay: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
