Lead the site New, Renovation and Expansion projects to maximum support business growth and the plant development.
Have professional capabilities and project experience to work with Design Institute and cross-functions to get internal and external approval of projects, identify gaps, initiate design, push implementation and acceptance to make sure the project launching successfully.
Lead and support Operations improvement projects to fill customer requirements, increase productivity and get cost saving.
Should meet all related requirements regarding the Regulation, EHS, Quality Management and Cost Control in the project management.
Qualifications
At least bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
Minimal five years’ experience with a multi-national company with chemical Production functions.
Minimal five years’ experience with Production Management.
Project implementation experience is preferred.
Fluency in writing and speaking English.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge and use of all MS office software
