What You'll Be Doing

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, Mines Code, and WorkSafeBC requirements.Perform Shiftboss and manager activities as per the Mines Code.Manage processing, stockpiling, load-out, and develop operational plans to optimize activities.Recruit, train, develop, and direct employees to achieve operational efficiency and engagement.Monitor costs and execute actions to comply with budget, coordinating with maintenance and technical services.
