Production Manager (Creative Services)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to join our creative services team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of design projects from concept to completion. This is an individual contributor role where you will report directly to the Creative Services manager.

What You'll Do:

Orchestrates smooth project execution: Ensures all creative initiatives meet deadlines, exceeding expectations through efficient planning and resource allocation.

Builds bridges between stakeholders: Acts as the central hub, fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Master negotiator & communicator: Negotiates project timelines, providing transparent and timely updates to all stakeholders, keeping everyone engaged.

Drives collaborative momentum: Establishes regular communication channels, facilitating productive meetings, and skillfully manages team tasks to optimize productivity and achieve shared goals.

Digital Asset Management: Ensure efficient project workflow by meticulously organizing and managing digital asset libraries.

Process improver: Formulates customized processes that expands the team’s capabilities.

Reporting: Keeps track of projects via a project tracking tool and reports on statuses on a regular cadence.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in production management or a related field. Experience in the design field a plus.

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools (ex. Clickup, JIRA)

Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
