Your job, as Production Manager - DTPPD cP Adsorptions within our DTPPD cP Adsorptions team, will be to serve as the main technical process leader for the area related to equipment, quality, and process in Adsorptions/PPD. The role provides leadership on improving overall performance for the Adsorptions/PPD operations, including safety, compliance, business process improvements, and operational activities

Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining a daily presence on the shop floor to support and guide the team.

Responsible for reinforcing safety by identifying and mitigating hazards, and standardizing safety checks.

Responsible for applying strong knowledge of cGMP practices and lean manufacturing to maintain high standards.

Responsible for overseeing quality assurance by maintaining SOPs, reviewing logbooks, and implementing corrective actions.

Responsible for planning and scheduling production activities, supporting project execution, and managing costs by developing staff and reducing overtime.

Responsible for collaborating with other departments to ensure service levels and achieve business goals

Responsible for leading and managing a diverse team by organizing daily activities, ensuring effective communication, and maintaining team cohesion.

Managing production planning and scheduling for the Adsorptions/PPD area, including media washing and sterilizing, and support project activities to meet site business needs.                                                                                                                                     

About You:

Education: Preferred post-graduate degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related science; minimum Bachelors in these fields.

Experience: 36 months in pharmaceutical clean room manufacturing with 3-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical is preferred.

Strong communication, influencing, project management, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Hours Of Work:

Inclusive from Monday to Friday, Afternoon Shift 11am-7pm
