Position Description1. Monitor the daily/weekly output of the production department and implement corrective actions.
2. Make production daily plan according master plan and take output analysis report.
3. Guide the workshop to implement lean production, host daily team leader meetings, ensure products are produced on time with qualified quality, and maintain cost-effective production.
4. Monitor work orders in progress to ensure build to plan and on time delivery; review work orders with team leaders.
5. Review causes of rework and brief the trouble-shooting plan. Evaluate and guide the work performance of team leaders/ operators.
6 Maintain and develop production monitoring records. Monitoring/Handling employee complaints, provide counseling, and enforce disciplinary procedures.
7. Make sure the accurate material flow. Issue material shortage to PMC/Warehouse & Purchasing.
8. Ensure health and safety in the production area. Coordinating 5S inspections and implements corrective actions.
Required Education & Qualifications
1. Minimum 5 years with Foreign-invested Company in workshop supervisory position.
2. Production/Process Control analysis skills.
3. Good at English reading, writing and communication.CET - 4 above.
4.Engineering Bachelor Degree
