We are looking for a Production Merchandiser (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible. This position is Parttime 50% and limited to 2 years.

What you can expect:
\nManaging international suppliers with a focus on production.\nCommunicate production updates, resolve issues, and ensure effective coordination between suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nOversee the production process closely, from order placement to handover to the freight forwarder and arrival at the warehouse. This includes ensuring adherence to schedules, deadlines, quantity requirements, customer appointments, and inventory needs, as well as deciding on the mode of transport for all deliveries.\nReviewing invoices and ensuring proper order closure.\nCreating insightful reports and dashboards on current production status, reasons for delays, and product availability forecasts.\nContinuously optimize processes with a focus on digitalization, simplification, and efficiency.\n
Your profile:
\nSuccessfully completed degree in business administration or a commercial apprenticeship.\nIdeally, at least 2 years of professional experience in procurement, controlling, or production coordination.\nStrong numerical and analytical skills.\nProficient in SAP MM/PP and BIS.\nAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel and Analysis for Office (AO).\nStructured, independent, and proactive working style.\nExcellent communication skills.\nVery good command of English, both written and spoken.\n
