Overview and Responsibilities
The Paramount Multiplatform Production Group is an internal production team focused on providing comprehensive production management and production services to brand creative and marketing groups across Paramount Global. VMPG specializes in producing a wide variety of content including promos, image campaigns, still photography (key art, gallery, press), digital series, linear extension, tentpole events, social, behind the scenes, integrated marketing, show opens, corporate, and consumer product marketing. Brands supported include Showtime, Paramount+, Nickelodeon, MTV, CMT, Logo, BET, Comedy Central, CBS, Paramount Pictures Pluto, Corporate Communications and TV Land.
The Production Operations Coordinator will have some production experience and be a self starter, efficient multi-tasker, organized, and detailed oriented. This is a fast paced environment, and will sit at the intersection point of 100s of projects. This position will foster a collaborative environment while ensuring accurate and timely recording of project data. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize various project responsibilities with laser focus on details while being flexible and capable of prioritizing shifting department needs. Possess ability to anticipate production challenges and address, or bring attention to, before a negative impact. Be a continuous promoter and supporter of a multi-cultural diverse workplace and transparency.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support VP of Production Operations with all Data and Reporting activities through implementation of various resource platforms and databases
Track and manage the departments monthly shoot calendar; to be distributed at the top of every week Work closely with Brand leads to accurately set up new projects for tracking and reporting Schedule all camera team resources and ensure MPG covers as many projects with internal resources as possible. Manage tools and platforms used by the department Export and distribute quarterly reports (Production data, resource Analysis, Sustainability, etc..) Track all previous month reporting and archive for use in a yearly report. Manage booking schedules for internal spaces Manage MPG group on-boarding process Support MPG SLT with meeting scheduling SLT group expense reporting and travel support And other tasks and responsibilities instructed by SLTBasic Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in production Proficient with Excel and Google Sheets and Drive Prior experience working with Wrike, ASANA, Airtable Able to respond and work after business hours on productions and/or attend to urgent and timely issues

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
