The Duties of a Factory Operative:Assemble product according to production specifications and quality standardsFollow standard operating procedures and work instructionsAssist in the packing, labelling, and preparation of finished product for shippingOperating machinery and tools safely and efficientlyConducting quality checks to ensure product meets a high standardCollaborating with the production team to achieve production targetsMaintaining a clean and organised work environment
The Requirements of a Factory Operative:Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environmentAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and follow instructionsStrong attention to detail Basic knowledge of hand and power toolsThis role is physically demanding, must be able to perform repetitive tasks.Excellent teamwork and communication skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulations and the ability to adhere to guidelinesAbility to work in a loud, hot environment.
