Job Description:

Position Title:             Production Operative

Location:                     Dungannon

Reporting to:               Production Supervisor

Hours of work:             39 hours

We require a driven and enthusiastic Team Member who are capable of working in a team orientated environment where we manufacture mobile screening equipment.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

In this job you will need to understand technical plans and be capable of working out measurementsProcessing and preparing raw steelMeet production targets while maximising efficiencyEnsuring the safe and controlled movement of production partsEnsure Health & Safety is adhered to at all timesWorking as part of a team to develop continuous improvement

The Person:

Previous experience in a similar roleStrong communication skillsHave a proactive approach to problem solvingProven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control daily workloadAbility to read and understand technical drawingsAbility to work under pressure and be fully dependable and reliableAbility to use on initiative and work with minimal supervisionBe driven to demonstrate our company values always - Respect, Integrity, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship
