**Job Title: Production Operator** **Job Description** As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating automated packaging machines and handling bags of dog food. You will be involved in loading and unloading materials, making adjustments for sanitation, and ensuring machine setups, changeovers, and troubleshooting are conducted efficiently. This role demands consistent lifting of up to 40+ lbs and performing quality checks while adhering to GMP guidelines. **Shift:** 1st Shift (6:30am - 6:30pm) 3rd Shift (6:30pm - 6:30am) *4 days on 4 days off. Rotating between 1st and 3rd shift every 4 weeks. **Pay:** $20hr while working 1st shift. $21.50 while working 3rd shift. **Responsibilities** + Operate automated packaging machines. + Handle bags of dog food and load/unload materials. + Make adjustments for sanitation and conduct machine setups and changeovers. + Troubleshoot machines as necessary. + Perform quality checks and comply with GMP guidelines. + Consistently lift up to 40+ lbs. + Wear appropriate safety gear including steel toes, safety glasses, and ear plugs. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing and production environments. + Machine operation skills. + Knowledge of inventory control and general production processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a Packaging Operator or Production Worker. + Ability to work in a warehouse environment. **Why Work Here?** This company is dedicated to safety and fosters a family-oriented culture where respect and collaboration are paramount. You will be required to wear uniforms, steel toe shoes, bump caps, and adhere to strict dress codes including no jewelry, fake eyelashes, or nails. The conditions inside truck containers can vary greatly depending on outside temperatures, being either very hot or very cold. Uniforms will be provided eventually. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
