We are looking for a Production Operatorto join our team and support the Colors & Flavors businesses in Turkey. This position is a key member of the Sensient team, where you will be required to push boundaries and add value onsite in the office.

What you’ll do:

Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times, ensuring compliance with PPE policy, established employee hygiene and GMP proceduresOver time, build complete knowledge of production equipment to maintain equipment and maintenance schedules, and keep up-to-date recordsOperate, maintain and troubleshoot all HVAC equipment, including boilersIdentify opportunities to further improve production efficiency / safety and report these to supervisorsSanitation procedures for equipment and premises as outlined by our standardsPerform pre-operational inspectionsApprove and release incoming raw materials based on specifications
